Dead Man's Path - EP and Single Collection 2020-2023

Dead Man’s Path is a Swedish death metal band hailing from the deep forests of Dalecarlia. Founded in late 2019 by guitarist Jonas Axelsson and vocalist Pontus Dahlin, with bassist Gustaf Karlsson, drummer Philip Andersson, and guitarist Christer Hedberg completing the lineup. Known for their brutal, relentless live performances, they blend the raw sound of early Swedish death metal legends like At the Gates and Entombed with influences from newer bands such as Behemoth and Baest. Their music weaves tales of old Swedish folklore featuring demon-like beings of the night.
This collection features their 4-track debut EP “I. Abomination” from 2020, several singles released in 2022, and their 2023 EP “Arcana Celecstia, Inferum Verda,” which garnered over 7000 streams within the first week. This CD is a testament to Dead Man's Path's dedication to the DIY movement and their mission to put Dalecarlian death metal on the map for generations to come.
