PLAGUE CONTINUUM has taken HARROWIST to a darker and more aggressive direction, without losing catchiness and intensity. The four tracks on the EP are inspired by the four linocuts The Preacher (1976), The Sculptor (1969), The Last Flowers (1976) and Vengeance of the Landlords (1972) by Hungarian artist Gásci Mihály. Created during the cold war, the linocuts already anticipated the gradual human downfall led by machines and autocratic leaders.

Fifty years later, HARROWIST sets music and lyrics to the four pieces of art and displays an auditory and visual discourse about the harsh and inhuman environment of a dystopia, induced by voracious and excessive exploitations of humanity and nature.

Filled with back references within the EP as well as to the previous works in KARAKORUM and PAMIR, HARROWIST closes its current thematic cycle with raw aggression and will continue to haunt your mind and harrow your thoughts.
